Team Leader Battery Maintenance Engineering

PROFIL

• Degree from a university or university of applied sciences in electrical engineering or similar field.
• Several years of experience in commissioning, maintenance, or development in machin-ery, plant engineering, or rail vehicles — ideally with battery focus.
• Leadership experience beneficial.
• Project management experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of RAMS/LCC desirable.
• Strong solution-oriented and service-oriented approach.
• Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel); SAP knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication skills and flexibility; willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage.

AUFGABEN

• Lead the Battery Maintenance Engineering team (disciplinary & technical leadership).
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all battery-related projects, including technical and com-mercial aspects.
• Provide expert technical support on traction batteries to all Stadler service locations and Sales.
• Develop maintenance concepts, optimization strategies, and technical specifications for battery systems.
• Manage battery monitoring activities and report on performance and condition of trac-tion batteries.
• Serve as Battery Passport Responsible and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support Category Management on technical battery topics.
• Drive and support development projects in collaboration with internal departments (Engineering, Production, Data & Digital Services).
